Finally posted on the forums about my Halo points, as long as I get them before BF I'll be happy. Got $30 in certs and the $20 Visa checkout code waiting.

 
I called the other day about my pip boy points posted sans the 500 so he credited me on the spot

Just checked today and another 500 pts was added from original purchase....oops :)
 
Anyone get the $10 rewards credit with their Fallout 4 Pip-Boy edition?

Assumed it would qualify, but have not received it yet.

Just curious before I contact support.

My 1000 points from pre ordering Fallout 4 and RotTR are pending now, with that I will have a total of 40 dollars in certs by the time Black Friday rolls around. Gonna use it towards Guitar Hero Live.

Question though, my GCU doesn't come off in store. Somehow my in store account and online account separated and now I can't get the 20% off in store. Should I just buy another membership in store? My current one is almost expired anyway (March) or should I contact customer support? I really don't want to contact CS because Best Buys is awful. I have had to email them three times already over my Fallout gold edition season pass codes and still don't have one for the second copy I purchased.

sure you aren't using different accounts in store and for online?

for the account you use online, check what phone number is registered. use that same number in store. If there's not a phone number add it should link, idk about instantly.

and at times the 20% doesn't work in store, glitches here and there. If it happened once it was prob a glitch, if it's been happening every time then might wanna talk to someone or like you said just get a new sub if it's close to ending.

Tomb Raider points are now pending.  Just waiting on FO4 but it shipped late so I expect a delay on that.  So far so good on my 4 games.  Did not order SW:Battlefront.  Too bad Just Cause 3 does not have this offer.

Sounds like you have two different accounts. There use to be a bunch if posts on the Unboxed forums about it. There is a way to merge them together. That's what I would do, that way you don't lose any points or anything.

FYI this may not apply, but I have at least one RZ account in my name and my wife has one in her name. We use hers for all of our purchases, so I tried to merge my accounts with hers and they wouldn't do it because the names on the accounts didn't match.

That's weird. Then he needs to find the phone number on file for his online account, and use it in store. On the old old BB site, they had a place to reprint your Rewards card for use in store. I believe they removed that from their site though? It was back when the BB Rewards site was different then the standard BestBuy.com

So we went from complaining about 500 points not being there instantly to scamming Best Buy into giving us 500 points early then letting the other 500 go through later. Stay classy CAG.
 
After 2 and 1/2 months, I still had not received my 500 pre-order bonus points for "Metal Gear 5".  Called CS and she credited my account with the missing 500 points.  Told me it would take up to four days to get the points.  Got it in 2 minutes.  Cool.

So far, I've gotten 4500 pre-order bonus points for 9 games.

There were about two things I could think of I actually wanted so I just went and ordered all the cert games and the couple of farther out ones I could think of.

 
still only $20 and trades in for $40. not bad. if i could, i would had order $1600 worth of games too.  hahaha

If I preorder a game that comes out, say next summer... I won't get charged on my credit card until it ships, right?

I know it will put an authorization on the account, but will it disappear completely in a few days and return again when it ships?

 
Can't decide if i want to just run thru TR fast...or 100% each area and Tomb.  Having a ton of fun but I want to make $44 back on a trade in lol.

Lol... thought I was the only one who feels like its a chore to finish some games. Not at all because I don't like them, just get caught up with life

 
Not gonna lie...TR has destroyed my new lunar white right thumbstick...or at least broke it in lol

Pressing the damn thing in every 10 seconds to activate survival instincts -.-
