I have bought some games the past couple of weeks that say they include the $10 bonus even without the preorder. Will I still get them? For example Tomb Raider still says it comes with the $10, also FIFA said it on black friday when I bought it

Yes, that updates when the points finalize.

Does anyone know if web orders that were in store pickup can be price adjusted in store? Or do I have to call cs?
 
Battlefront is on sale for 40$ and even if you're not elite plus it's within the holiday extended price adjustment period. I got an adjustment on Tomb Raider last week by emailing support , much less annoying than calling.

So just email them and then they'll adjust the price from 47.99 to 32.99 and have the points reflect that?

I preordered online as well.

How soon till you get a response?[/quote] It was a while 4 or 5 days , never got an actual response just a notification of a credit being applied to the order. If you used gift cards be sure you still have them , if not mention you no longer have the gift card you paid with. I include the math with the gcu and the exact amount with tax I should receive back. You don't have to but it helps to be sure you get credited the correct amount back.
 
I sure wish they'd go ahead and add some more games to this list. There are tons of big releases coming in the next few months.

online and in store systems are not intertwined for that which is why the different procedures

that why unfortunely in store purchases must be done in store and online purchases must be done by the phone reps

 
This thread will die in a few months since no games are being added.

those of you that think more games would be added later can think again, last year at this time there were about 10 games on the bonus list.

Most were added at e3.

We had more this time last year due to delays.

Enjoy being incorrect.

Well if they were competent employees, then they would know that daily deals are excluded from price adjustments.
 
Tomb raider, Black ops 3, Fallout 4, and Seige are all on sale for 50$ and are eligible for an 8$ or so adjustment under the extended Holiday period.

That's how I understand the policies, but YMMV. Was going back and forth with a rep on the forums to get a price adjustment for Battlefront and Black Ops 3. He was sticking to his guns saying that he couldn't match the price because the 39.99 prices were from daily deals, and therefore there was nothing he could do. I ended up coming out on top as he just said this one time, for the inconvenience, he would mail me a $40 gift card, even though with GCU I was only owed something like $32

 
I wanted to let people know that the emails for the Nintendo button set have gone out.  It will have instructions and a promo code to enter in order to get the ($75 :rofl: ) price removed before you finish checkout.
