I don't know what sale price you were looking for but the 3-D/blu pack was 17.99 on the 20th and 21st of the month.
 
Justified should not be $34.99. It's a great show, but the release price is extremely overpriced. Season 2 release price was $14.99 last year lol.

Grimm: Season One for $21.99 and 2 Broke Girls for $24.99 weren't on the list but most relevant for my interest. Debating on whether to wait for a $20 price point or not though.

If you're looking for just the blu ray, some Family Video stores are selling them for $9.95 or $12.95 .. I just got back from buying Avengers blu for $9.95, came with original combo pack case but the DVD was missing, which I personally don't care about. Almost got Spiderman but I didn't like the film enough to warrant a purchase.
