Ugh I HATE Coupons.com with a passion! Always have the MOST trouble ALWAYS! Why this stupid company continue to exist, amazes me!

they did away with the free $10 giftcard for spending $50 on tv shows and replaced it with 500 bonus rewards points? Kinda dampers my plans a bit because I would use the gift card on more tv shows.hmmmmmm. Waiting for the following week anyway

 
500 rewards points is actually BETTER.

Gift card DO NOT reduce your tax liability, but the certificates (from rewards points) DO reduce your taxes.

Here in WA something that costs $10 would be $10.95 after tax.

If you use a $10 giftcard you would still owe 95 cents, but if you use a certificate you owe NOTHING because you dont pay taxes on any of the amount covered by the certificate.

The $10 certificate covers the $10 cost of the item and there is no taxes to be paid.

So at least here in WA the 500 reward zone points is worth $10.95, whereas the $10 giftcard is only worth $10.
 
I didn't go for $50 movies but did  PM Target's OUAT2 price of $38 and $15 coupon!

What a DEAL!!!

it may be better for future purchases but now you cant stack the giftcard deal by buying $50 getting $10 and using that $10 on $50 more netting you yet another $10. And before they did $10 for $50 spent and $25 for $100 spent.....that was a real good deal.
