i took the plunge already, even after waiting a year with this generation of consoles to pick up the halo le console, got a little over a year before it crapped out and microsoft had already announced the s as the low end and the x as the premium end, decided to skip the new consoles next year and a ways down the line to not get burned and wait till the bugs are ironed out, its worth getting that deal at least as a backup for when ur s cuts out so u have new stock or at least u can trade in ur s for something else down the line

Has anyone seen a deal on Dead Cells for Switch? I’ve been waiting for $15 since last year, but I’ve not seen it drop that low.

Now that there's a GOTY edition for Switch, maybe the older version will drop in price. I believe the only major difference between the two is that the GOTY ed. has all the (free) DLC and updates on the cartridge.
 
Question: if I buy 3 3-month Xbox Pass Ultimate, will it stack up to 9 months?

ugh. the xbox one x bundles are black friday prices ($350) today plus $30 gift cert. I am holding out for the target bundle ($350 plus $40 gift cert) in hopes I can turn the gift cert into a second controller. I hope they dont run out at target!

It seems like there may be some current sales on games in the BF ad that aren’t the BF sales. Notice how a lot of the listings say “Black Friday price now,” but not Judgment? There’s no “Black Friday price now” on Persona Q2, either, and that’s actually on sale for $5 less than the BF listing on OP’s list.

That's what I thought at first but that link I provided is the Best Buy Black Friday ad from their own website, not just a link to the game, and it says $29.99. It's pretty obvious to me the OP just made a mistake unless proven otherwise, where is OP getting their prices from? If you click the OP's link to the ad Judgment is not included. I've seen no ads that say it's $25 and I found it odd before this mistake I found that Best Buy had it cheaper than anywhere else no other place has it for $25 it's $29.99 across the board, and I believe that includes Best Buy.

Any bestbuy member. It's just select items on sale already.

Seems there will be no early elite access for all items like usual. I asked about it on the forums about early elite access and the rep just said "it started Sunday for bestbuy members" and locked the thread without addressing the fact I said elite members and the only thing I see that started was early access on select items.

Yeah, they messed this up. The only reason I buy my games/movies from Best Buy is to get Elite status so I can take advantage of the early access sale. I don't see myself buying much, if anything, from them next year since they've stripped the only useful benefits.

 
If I buy some joy-con now, will I be able to price adjust to BF price of $40 later? I’m currently eyeballing the green ones. I’m not sure if those count as limited edition. I know they are BB exclusive. TIA
 
I was wrong, they updated Judgment to $25 a few hours after making it $30 which is senseless, of course I bought it for $30 and opened it. Any way to get my $5 back? Probably won't bother though the stores kinda out of my way to go to and I've already been once.

If you take your receipt in they'd take care of you, or you could always but it again at $25 and return that copy with your other receipt, but that would be more of a pain.

Better than what I did, I was stupid enough to buy Yakuza Kiwami 2 at nearly $9 more than the BF price after those ads had been released because I figured it’d be too niche to even bother looking at the BF ads for it.

And it was from a 3rd party seller on Amazon, so returning it would be a pain in the ass.
 
I tried to call customer service and they gave me the run around said wait until December 3rd then I asked for a supervisor she said the same thing and said wait until December 3rd if the price is the same they will credit me lol obviously the price will not be the same. This is how they act over $5. Customer disservice, going to try to avoid Best Buy at all cost in the future.

Ended up buying

2 monitors
2 ryzen 5 pcs for the kids (under 10)
2 televisions for the kids
Just need to pick up 2 Xbox one controllers.

Going to get the fortnite one for my son but it looks like they don’t sell the Minecraft pink one anymore for my daughter.

Especially because they changed the price twice in one day. When I woke up it was $59.99, then around noon it was $29.99 and I bought it, about 2 hours later it's $24.99, and they wouldn't take care of it.

 
My backlog is big enough that there are not many games I need to get now and can't wait for a low price later.  I got a TV and 2 of the Roku plus devices for my old tv and another.  I went with the M558-G1 Vizio TV.  It was at a good price and I don't need anything over 55".  I'm upgrading from a Sony XBR43X800D which did the job for my first 4k TV, but was the only decent thing at that size 3 years ago, but TVs obviously take a hit in quality below 55".

That's normal Best Buy Black Friday policy. No price matching or adjustments during BF. Your best bet is to buy it at $25, then return the $30 one after BF period is over. Btw, BB is also in holiday return period now, so anything you buy in November or December can be returned by January 14.
