Best Buy Clearance - Battlion Wars 2, 360 and PS3 games for cheap

I'm not sure if this is YMMV or regional to my Best Buy (Norwalk, CT) but they have the following games going for sale on the cheap:

I also check in PHX, AZ at my local best buy in Chandler and Tempe. No clearance tables out and I didnt see any of the games. I also ask one of there employees and he had no insight on it.

I went by the one on camelback and they had a rack with 25% off, but not much there except Battalion Wars, about 4 PS3 games and 5 or 6 360 games. The rest pretty much sucked. Also of note is the xbox hd dvd player is 119, not the new lower 129. It's online at that price too.

This is another Best Buy clearance where the marked down games are marked down in that store and only that store. Most BBs have some local store clearances right now. Some better than others. Douglasville, GA has Stranglehold on the 360 marked down to 54.99. Winnar.

if it makes others feel better, the BB realized how crazy the prices were, and they were put back to higher prices then when i had been there. For those PM me to get games for them i am sad to say they were pretty much wiped out when i went back, and what was left had higher prices.
And why is this in the NE forum? WI is clearly in the midwest
