Rage (on 360, NOT PS3) is actually worth $20. But seeing as how it's much cheaper elsewhere and has been for a long time, $20 is a ripoff. I picked up a copy again at Blockbuster a couple weeks ago for $5.

I played Rage on PS3 fwiw, and I had zero issues with it. On the other hand, I now have it on the PC and that is without a doubt the way to go if your system will run it.

I'm getting a $15 + tax pricematch on GW2, so I'm very happy about today's deals.

Need to check this thread more. Best Buy sometimes add more deals to the "Today only" section in the morning. You will get another chance though, starting tomorrow there will be a 40% off any guide coupon for rewardzone members.

FYI. RAGE just had DLC released for $5 that seems to add quite a bit. It includes the option to continue now after the main quest and a new Ultra Nightmare difficulty. It introduces a new clan the Scorchers.

Regarding the 40% off, that's nowhere near enough. I'd buy the CE guide for $10 since the book was $20 and I have a 50% off coupon as well. Thank you for the heads up though.

It most likely wouldn't work with the 50% off coupon. Today only deal prices are website only not in-store. You could get it price matched in-store but coupons don't stack with price matches.

I played it on the PS3 and it is probably the smoothest running game on the console. Rage is worth it for $10.

Haha wow thats awful. it was in my actual cart and not 1 minute passed and it changed... it was like 1:10 and then by 1:14 it was changed. i figured if anything it wouldve changed at 1am, or 3am (since im east coast and u figure theyd give west coast a chance til midnight). I havent checked the site all day and i was at work earlier too.

So dragons lair, you elude me for $10 yet again. Not meant to be i guess.

Urgh. I had a feeling last year's BB deals were never gonna be topped. It's pretty evident at this point that the gaming deals have been scaled back. There's only the $20 RZ promos for preorders now. I think most stores are managing better on how much games they order to prevent clearancing them out at a lost this year. You don't see much overstock of collectors edition for games released during the last half of the year. It's not just Best Buy, Target clearance deals have been pretty dead also.
