Yea, I doubt I'll do that either. I at least want to try the game. The 100% is lasting all month I read, so there's plenty of time to sell it back.. now whether the TIV stays the same or not is a different story. It probably won't.

Had a pretty good day at best buy myself...turned 61 credit into over 90 or so, add in max payne 3, blops, and gta4 and I got about 170

went to start my in store pickup on a couple things prior to doing my trade as I was in a rush, was picking up bad company 2 from a few days back, shes got the bag ready for me when I get back to customer service...I sign, head out....discover bf3 in my bag in the car at a stop light...and no I wont be returning it for all you ethical edwards out there

I actually liked Raccoon City, but I already beat it and I'm tempted to trade it in, especially with all the DLC they have been releasing. I don't see myself paying those prices for it. If they released a "Gold" edition later, then I'd rebuy it.

yeah barrit same here. i got it at bestbuy for 30, beat it, and flipped for 30. i was thinking of picking it up for 18, but really it's a capcom game and half the missions (spec ops) are all dlc, so you know they will be making a gold edition. they did for re5 and that was only 2 or so dlcs.

They're impatient and wrong. There are 20+ games out there for a 3.5 month old system. A good chunk of those titles are quality titles. These people basically bought a Vita expecting surprise game announcements/releases in the first 3 months of launch or never bothered to look up any info on future releases. I'm not sure why people have these unreasonable expectations for the Vita?

Agree with both of these statements. Since when has there been a console launch without a "shaky" start recently. I have zero pity for anyone who buys a console at launch and regrets it a few months later. Not to mention all the complaints I've read about Sony not supporting the PSP (I don't own one so don't know personally if these complaints are valid). But did people really think that Sony would do a magical 180 and support the hell out of their next handheld?

I'm addicted to my Vita. I have plenty of games for it so I'm pretty satisfied. My only problem is that the Vita was near non-existent during Sony's E3 press conference. Other than the announcement for the Assassins Creed game and the Call of Duty logo on the Vita that was basically it. While theres plenty of games coming like Persona, Littlebigplanet, Sly Cooper and more - I was hoping for new announcements or new IPs. Or maybe some PS+ content for the Vita.

Someone complained about there not being enough "fighters" on the Vita and I'm laughing to myself thinking that in the first 100 days they had Mortal Kombat, BlazBlue, and MvC 3 on it

I found it on Reddit. The gif is of the demo shown during Sony's E3 press conference for Naughty Dog's new game The Last of Us. Lol and Street Fighter x Tekken is coming too. I just want more RPGs - I can't wait for Persona 4 Golden. Also I'll be paying full price (using bestbuy credit though) for Gravity Rush on Tuesday. I played the demo and it was amazing.

Glad to hear you are enjoying your Vita. I've just read so many negative comments about it, but I feel like Sony has done a fine job with it so far, except for maybe how long it's taking them to make Minis and PSOne Classics compatible.

And got ya about the GIF. I thought maybe the bad guys were Sony and the good guys were fans, or something...maybe I was trying to read to much into it.

Three great fighting games but the Vita still needs to get some great games that the 3DS is getting... especially in Japan... the more of the market Vita looses the harder it will be to get 3rd party developers to make games... Vita has sold only around 2.2 mil units... if you want to sell games you need to sell to 1 in 4 owners to sell well (hard feat to accomplish)

Best Buy honestly shouldn't care about this overall. They are receiving vendor credit for the large discount that they are taking on the game. What that means is that the vendor is paying them back the difference to move through that inventory. Best Buy will then turn around and resell the game as Pre-Owned. Granted they may not make a large profit on them unless they can turn over that Inventory in a decent amount of time. But you are still spending more money in their store which nets them even more profit in most cases from the Gift Card that you received. Its a win win for them if you ask me.
