FYI: When I went in store earlier to trade some games the price for Downpour was marked on the plastic divider thing for them. So if you missed out online this morning, try going in store to snag one.

Be warned though, as my local BB only had 1-3 copies of the game in stock for PS3 and I snagged one of them.

Also be on the lookout for mint/sealed copies of the Skyrim CE($60), as they had two crisp new copies sitting in their warehouse for PS3. I grabbed one and there was one left when I was leaving. Mine was perfectly sealed with not a single defect on the box that I could see.

Hopefully you saved the case and artwork from the vanilla edition though because the GOTY edition of B:AC is WORSE than Arkham Asylum with the huge blocks of text repeating reviews for the game from various sites right on the artwork.

Picked up one of the last 2 360 copies they had of Downpour today. Almost ordered the PS3 version, but it seems like every Silent Hill game runs better on 360 for this gen (SH HD collection, Homecoming, and now Downpour). Googled around a bit and the PS3 version has missing surround sound support and the framerate is apparently worse on it so I'm glad I waited.

The only way you might get the GOTY edition of Arkham City is if you buy one with instore pickup and they pick out the wrong one by mistake. I remember when Assassins Creed Brotherhood was the DOTD some CAGS got Revelations instead.

Damn you for giving me the idea to possibly end up buying ANOTHER CE within the next 1-2 days with my remaining credit.

Unfortunately I checked the slipcover for the Skyrim CE I bought more thoroughly when I got home and there's a bunch of creases on it. . Not only that but there's rips on the front cover of the damned manual in that shittastic cardboard/plastic hybrid DVD holder they consider a case.

Now I'm really regretting not keeping my mint case/artwork and manual from my vanilla edition for the CE. But I didn't wanna be a dick and screw over whoever buys my used copy next by trading it in disc only.

Oh well. Time to fire off an email or call Bethesda and see if they would be willing to send me at least a replacement manual. Chances are I'm gonna cut up the slipcover anyway and maybe try framing it in 2-4 smaller sized frames or something.
