I went to my local BBY, found that the big cabinet was priced at $20.99, asked an employee if they had any in stock, was told they had one, waited while the employee scoured the entire store and returned unsuccessful, was escorted by him to CS where he said I could place an order for one at another store for pickup or do an OMS (both at the $20.99 price), was shown by a CS employee that the only stores with the cabinet in stock were too inconvenient for me to visit (and was told that the alleged single cabinet in stock at this store was being held for someone else), and placed an OMS for one to be shipped to my house.

*gasp*

When I checked my email tonight, I noticed the Order Confirmation email and one more, titled...

Hey - unrelated, but trying to order this game, I can't login to my Best Buy account. It tells me my email address doesn't exist. In fact, when I try and log back in it puts this strange email address in by default:

Anyone else had their account go haywire? It does this on my phone and my computer. It knows I used to be logged in, but that email address is just whacked...

Right. My password still works. My account was hacked. I see some Best-Buy-cancelled XBOX/PSN digital points in my order history that I didn't order. A cursory glance on Google reveals that indeed Best Buy experienced some user-accounts that were compromised, and it was SUPPOSED to be informing customers of the issue. Clearly my email wasn't on the list... Very frustrating.

Just be sure to install the base game first before downloading the updates. I experienced this issue too when I noticed that it was taking a while for this game to be installed. Have your PS3 disconnected from the internet so that it doesn't check for updates.

I gamefly'd this game when I first got my 3D display for xmas. I loved it! The single player was really enjoyable and the 3d added to the immersion. Totally recommend playing through it .

For $10, I couldn't pass the chance to dive back in. I think I'll platinum it \m/

You can just press the circle button to cancel out of patch download. No need to disconnect from the internet.

You're misunderstanding the offer. It's a $10 code for an order of $50 or more, not orders aggregating to $50.
