Can I use reward certs for this, xbl cards?
Yes, I just did it.

1 year XBL Gold with 3200 MS points, NO cash out = NO brainer! :D

Awesome deal! Grabbed one, I still have 3 month card I bought awhile back plus a 12 month card.

...these don't expire, right?

No they don't expire afaik. Ended up coercing a buddy in the States to help with the purchases. Being in Canada, I can't use the points but I can at least eBay them and get some cash back. Thanks OP!

I dont think so, though you can stack up to 3 years (IIRC) on your account

great deal. 6 months and 1600 points for 20.98 shipped. Had a 5 dollar reward zone that i used. Great deal. Paying for walking dead and getting 6 months free

Anyone pick up their cards and have the points ship? I hope I don't have to call up CS for multiple orders. Loaded up on 2 years of live for store pick up.

Cool, thanks guys for the confirmation!

I thought about going ahead and redeeming the cards I have, but with a new console looming possibly this holiday I don't want to waste them since I won't be getting the new Xbox any time soon and if Microsoft pulls a magic switch somewhere that turns the Live service off for 360 consoles and on for the new systems.

I'm probably just being paranoid, but if they do turn off all the services for Live on the 360 I don't want to have a bunch of time on my account that I won't actually be using, you know.

Points are emailed within a hour after your order

There was no option to ship the points - they should always be a code.

Not with in store pick up. People are asking if they are emailed after pick up.

I dont know if I am mentally challenged or not, but I dont see anywhere on the page that it includes 800 points? I am hesitant to order because of this.

Did 6 months for instore pickup, should get the points email AFTER actual pickup?

If they didnt do it that way you could just get points for free...
Not with in store pick up. People are asking if they are emailed after pick up.
To answer this: Yes.

My old lady just picked up the ones I ordered for in-story pickup, and about 8 minutes later, both emails showed up for the codes.

So, yes, once you pick up your order, the code(s) will be emailed to you.

Just click add to cart and they should show up in there.

I am not seeing it either, did they take the points away from the deal?

EDIT: nevermind, see it when you add to cart.

Great deal. Going to pick one up for the points and maybe sell the 3-month card. I'm still debating since I hardly play online anymore with all the good JRPGs I picked up and my Gold sub still doesn't expire until April.

Awesome deal thanks OP, spent the little bit of credit I had to order one, contemplating ordering a few more but I am pretty sure my live is good till 2015.

Good deal. I love XBLA so it was a no-brainer for me. I'll spend those points eventually, although I still have 7k+ points from the GameStop "sale" a few months back. Haha.

Bought 4. In-store pickup. Still waiting on my confirmation e-mails. Hopefully they get here over the next 4 hours as I'd like to put this all to bed on the way home from work before my Louisville Cardinals take on Florida in the Sugar Bowl! :)
Great deal. Going to pick one up for the points and maybe sell the 3-month...
Just looked, they are going for about $17-$20 a piece on eBay (already completed). More than likely a bunch are going to hit in the next day or so. So those prices will probably not hold true in the short term, but if you can wait out the rush then you might make out ok in the long run.
Just looked, they are going for about $17-$20 a piece on eBay (already completed).
Yeah I saw too. Pretty much free points if you sell the card after ebay/paypal fees. I can't argue with that.

Edit: I can definitely wait a while since I'm in no rush or try my chances on Craigslist.

Thanks! Now I am wondering why the heck I did in store in the first place. I guess I wanted to mix up some shipping and in store in case of cancellation. Guess I need to go out today.

I bit, although I have a real hard time justifying paying for Live anymore, after PS Plus has become so good.
Not with in store pick up. People are asking if they are emailed after pick up.
So unless you have the main card shipped by mail you wont get this bonus points?

I did in-store pick-up option
wow, great deal, GS has this for 24.99 and 9.99, so this is a steal, thanks BB.
Not sure if serious? :applause:

Sounds like you need to pick it up and then you get the email. Makes sense. Card must not be activated until pick up which I guess triggers the code to be sent.

You'll get the email AFTER you pick up your cards.

See posts above from dude whos old lady picked up cards and he got email within minutes for points.

Check my post one page back. Or my quoted post at the top of this page.
Not sure if serious? :applause:
Serious?, I bought a years worth of live for $52 and 3200 pts. How is this not a great deal. 4000 pts cost 49.99 on its own?

Confirmed in store (not via site just walked in). Got 5 cards using gc and 15 dollar rwz. I did do them all as seperate transactions though to confirm a code for each. Register will show 800 pt bonus when they scan the card (pre payment)
I bit, although I have a real hard time justifying paying for Live anymore, after PS Plus has become so good.
You must not be in the US. :D The best thing about it is the Instant Game Collection. It started off strong, but in the last few months it has been nothing to write home about. Here's hoping for a great 2013!
I bit, although I have a real hard time justifying paying for Live anymore, after PS Plus has become so good.
I still do most of my online gaming on the 360 so I still get it. Otherwise I would just stick with the ps3. I just prefer Live for online and cross chat.

Guess I'm swinging by BB on the way home. Do you just grab some 3-Month Live cards and get the code registered/e-mailed on checkout, or is there some special packaging to look out for here?

I meant pointing out GS had these for MSRP. Everywhere they are $24.99 and $9.99. It seemed like an odd thing to say about GS when Walmart, Target, etc is the same thing.

Happy Wars is free for Gold members. A fun little capture the castle brawl game. I use it as a mindless game that I don't have to think about.
Check my post one page back. Or my quoted post at the top of this page.
Some people are saying that a code was on the receipt as well, anyone check to see if the code is different than the one emailed after pickup? Just wondering if those who picked up would have 1600 points, if the two codes were different.

I gotcha, no problem, I'm wondering if this was a pricing error, because this is one of the best DOTD they have ever had?
wow sold out and no instore pick up option... fuck i hate when i sleep at night lol
They restocked at 11:30. You may have some luck yet.

and if they do restock they will probably just get eaten up and put up on ebay by the dick bootys at slickdeals lol

i would have to be glued to my computer the whole day and i cant do that. damn its my fault. i didnt know there was a schedule ahead of time for best buy deals of the day..
I reported this morning my shipped cards sent the codes but my in store card did not. 3 hours later and still no codes. I wonder if you need to pick them up. Considering just letting them cancel in a week than deal with getting CS to send me the codes.
I just picked up the two I ordered for in store pickup and I received my two MSP codes in my email as I was leaving the store.

ARGH!!! I had one sitting in my cart but didn't complete the order because I got on Facebook to repost CAG's deal post and let some friends know. Woe, is me.
