When are they available?
It's random and can happen during any day of the week. Usually starts around 1:00 AM EST to 1:30 AM EST.

Is it the same price in store?
Yes.

Will Amazon price match?
It depends on if enough people alert them to the deal and if Best Buy still have stock available for shipping.

How long are these deals available?
For up to 24 hours or until the item sells out.

Will Best Buy price match a DotD item I already purchased?
No. All Deal of the Day products are of Limited Quantities and are excluded from the Best Buy Price Match Guarantee.
(Official policy of Best Buy but depending on the customer service rep handling the price match you might still be able to get it done.)

Halo 4 is a terrible game and this is coming from a long time fan of the Halo games, I even preordered it and got it at midnight. I havnt so much as even touched it since January

I'm not going to say it is halo 4 but it is most likely it. Vyse was probably off by a day or best buy adjusted the date without him knowing.
 
Why doesn't the Memorial Day sale page work? It's plastered all over their site saying it starts today. None of the links on the site work, and neither do the links in the e-mail. :(

Thank you! Yeah, there doesn't appear to be any crazy deal, and certainly nothing that I'm looking for. Was hoping they'd have more computer components on sale, I have a lot in rewards certs expiring next month.
 
I was actually gonna trade in Halo 4 on Friday afternoon for base $8 and $12 (with 50% bonus).
Will they drop the trade in price by Friday afternoon?

Man, I kinda wish I had traded my copy in a while ago now and could rebuy at this price. I dont think I've played the MP since the 2nd map pack came out

The game MP has gotten a lot better, on June 3rd the weapons are getting rebalanced too (4 shot BR, tiny nerf to DMR range, Carbine buff, etc). Playlist are getting better too.

Yeah, I loved it because even older games that Gamestop barely gave a dollar or two still would get like 5+ there. Now its barely even worth it for newer games, almost everything else is nuked.

My shopping has cut down quite a bit there outside of PMing and sales
 
Don't have a 360 anymore, but I do plan to get one sooner or later again since I've missed out on several exclusives. Neve was a huge Halo fan, but it was a fun little game to play with friends. I'm in for this, thanks!

This, as for the Facebook poll I kinda stopped doing it since early Sept after they only had 10 pt polls, not worth my time anymore. But I can definitely see why they are shutting this off, it was incredibly easy for anyone to make multiple accounts to rack up points.

Thanks OP, picked up a copy.

I enjoyed the single player experience of Halo 4 when I played it last year and it will be nice to mess around with the multiplayer again.
