best buy lemon policy help

I need help.. best buy has tried 3 times now to fix my broken ipod. Every time i go to pick it up the ipod has more and more wrong with it that when i brought it in. I have the psp and it has been more than 3 repairs now how do i insure that i can get a new one because best buy service center had damaged mine (mess up display, cracked case). all the damage has been accululate while in the care of best buy. thanks for any advice.
 
Only a manager has the right to give you a new unit. Ask to speak to the manager on duty and explain your case.
 
Ya, I'd talk to someone in charge. I was returning something at best buy last week and I noticed a guy trying to get his iPod fixed, and since they couldn't fix it they gave him a new 80 GB to replace his old 30, because that's all they had. Now, I think that guy had a warranty plan of some sort, which makes your situation a bit different, but they should be able to do something.
