Got Tomb Raider for 5 plus tax with my 10 dollars off used games coupon and 15 dollars credit coupons. The cashier had a little trouble with it.  It's not against policy but the manager didn't seem like they wanted to honor all of it. She wouldn't give me my used game discount but oh well...5 bucks.

 
Went ahead and ordered Tomb Raider online as no local stores have copies. It's a gamble if I'll get the case and manual but I went ahead and used the Gamer $10 off used game.

Yep, had two copies in store. One sealed like other PS3 games from the factory wrap, and one sealed by Best Buy wrap. Easy to tell because of how corners are wrapped. Opened case and no prints on either disc or manual. Case is still brand new no prints as well.

The sure fire way to tell is if there is a BB barcode sticker on the case over the UPC inside the shrinkwrap.

That's the other way I knew the game was still unopened, UPC was on the OUTSIDE of the shrinkwrap. They probably only had the 1 left and decided to put it as used. Either way I'm happy with the purchase.

Placed an order of Bioshock Infinite (360) Skyrim (360) and Skyward Sword (Wii) with the B2G1. Gonna trade my copy of Skyrim in for $27.2 after GCU, already had traded my Infinite earlier this week for $29.4, and essentially I get a Free Skyward Sword that I can trade into Gamestop :). If anyone is interested in only two games, Skyrim for the 360 makes the perfect filler, can be found used almost everywhere in store, and has a TiV that is pretty much identical to the price with GCU (27.20?! I love you bestbuy and your silly trade in values)

 
Wow Tomb Raider spiked up in price as well. Good thing I picked up 2 copies last night via an Amazon price for close to $30 a piece with a $50gc included  :p .

How does returning work on buy 2 get 1 free.
I wouldn't mind getting bio shock for 20 but can't find any other 29.99 games that I would actually wanna keep
 
My $10 off 29.99 used Gamer coupon wouldn't apply when trying to purchase Bioshock. Thankfully the employee just manually knocked $10 off, so I was still able to get it for 16.99+tax. Not sure if the coupon wasn't applying since the game was showing up for 26.99 after my gamer discount.

Same thing happened to me, with the same end result. Really lame if its supposed to be $29.99 after GCU 10% off. But I got it.
 
Used the new @Gamer coupon online for $10 off a used game with the Buy 2 Get 1 Free. 

I tried first to use it just on Bioshock Infinite alone & the coupon took the price of it only down to $19.99 instead of taking $10 off $26.99.

Instead, I placed two more games in my cart (New Super Mario Bros. 2 & Lego City Undercover 3DS) & the coupon took the $10 off the $24.99 for Lego City Undercover 3DS instead & left Bioshock Infinite at $26.99.  

I do not understand the cart voodoo but I will take it ;)

 
Will the coupon take money off a game instore or will it reduce the Free game by $10 and then make that game free (rendering the coupon pointless)?

for example using a $10 of 29.99 when buying the following 1 29.99 item and 2 19.99 items during a b2g1 free, only 1 item is applicable to being marked down so it SHOULD be the one to be marked down having your total be $40 for 3 games.

if using on a purchase off 3 29.99 games however since the LOWEST priced item is to be the free one, it will likely be a waste of the coupon.

 
Do Best Buy Stores have to honor the online pricing AND the coupon?  Or are stores the same price as online?  I just know my best buys have had Bioshock for $44.99 and didn't know if it would ring up for $29.99?  And I also know my coupon says its on current pricing only so I didn't know how this applied...  I've never used my $10 off used game coupon before, just curious! Thanks!

Is there any way to get the best buy website to only list the games that are available for shipping? Sorting through them the long way is annoying.
 
Have not bought anything @ BB for a while.

How long has the %10 discount not stacked w/ other promos instore?  It seems to stack fine with the b2g1 when I order online.

Since always. Requires manual override. The in-store POS only allows one promo to be applied to each item specifically. So the 10% discount won't combine with B2G1's in store unfortunately.

 
I went to buy 3 games today and the 10% wouldn't stack with the B2G1 free.  I told them that the 10% should stack with it and the total was supposed to be $5 less than the total they were telling me.  The cashier called management and they told me that I was getting a better deal with the B2G1 free deal.  I told them even in previous sales, the 10% always came off each game regardless of a B2G1 but it wasn't coming off this deal.  They said it was either one or the other and that's the best they can do.  I left along with my friend(who had 9 games totaling about $200) with the games on the counter.  Guess Best Buy must be doing really well to let nearly $250 in sales go bye bye.

And yes, I could have bought online but I had 2 copies of one game and you can't order 2 copies online due to limits.

Something I noticed when doing a b2g1 at BB instore. The games are viewed as a package, and the 10% comes off one item. So my order of: Skyrim (free), Bioshock 360, Bioshock Ps3 only had the 10% taken off one of the Bioshocks.

Not sure why it's done like this though.

Here's what you do to prove your point. Take them to the kiosk/computer where you can access BB.com. Sign in, add 3 pre-owned games to your cart and shut them up after they see it is supposed to stack.
