Best Buy trade in- Case and manual required????

I have some games without cases or manuals, but i cant find on bb's website if they'll take it or not. Yes or no?

I do plan to take them to a local store instead of mailing them in.

they don't require manual and case; but it will take long since they will have to look up the UPC manually
