Best Buy Trade-in program... about how long?

I sent off some games for a Best Buy gift card the day before they announced their official "Trade-in" at stores (so I did mine online). I also sent a stack of games off to Amazon for a similar deal the same day.

I've already got my Amazon credit AND had enough time for Amazon to return two of my games for them saying "Not for Resale"

Yet, I've not heard a peep from Best Buy or got any gift card or game returns in the mail.

About how long does it take Best Buy to do these trade-ins and is there anyway for me to track or findout what's taking so long?

It's been awhile since I've done it, but I think the gift card just showed up in the mail. I don't remember it taking long, maybe a couple of weeks.
