I woke up this morning to find out that I finally landed a job I've been after for 2 years, and now get to work with my best friend. This also means I'll have money to joind said friend in Vegas the first week of July. I went by my old job at Waldenbooks to say hi to everyone, and my old manager gives me a check for $115 which he had misplaced months ago and found yesterday. I went to my friend's house, and he gave me a shirt that his ex-girlfriend gave him that he never wore, which fits me perfectly. I came home and jumped on Rumble Training to warm up for tonight. This was the result of the first game.
Overkill, right off the bat. (Also, Trak got one a few games after that, obviously siphoning from my own personal reserve of awesome).
And now, here I sit, eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and preparing to watch one of the only Tom Waits movies I haven't seen.
