Best deal for Pc version of super street fighter 4 arcade edition?

You JUST missed amazon selling it for $20 like a week and a half ago....

They're currently selling it for $31.xx, which is just a buck more than having to get it through a 4-way Steam group ($120 for 4 copies)
 
Wow really? That's a nuisance... It's for a friend though, we've been playing street fighter together since vanilla (on xbox though) but lately we just don't play any other game so xbox live isn't exactly cost effective to say the least.
