I'm looking to get a pre-paid cell phone that is going to be used only for people to call in and hear the voice mail message (I run an Alternate Reality Game for my students). I'm wondering if anyone has had any success with a very low-use pre-paid phone.
It looks like T-mobile is $20 and will hold my minutes for 90 days (which is plenty of time to complete the ARG). ATT is $10 for the phone but then I'd have to buy minutes and I'm not sure I can just buy them in small amounts or if I have to buy their $25 Charge card thing.
I really don't know anything about these phones to be quite honest so any help or advice would be great.
