i got mine for 31$ after preordering the game. Still have mine sealed actually, didn't realize there would be so much demand for the damn thing.

I was in EB yesterday to buy the guide, the sale clerk said you have 14 day after buying the game to get the guide at 20% off. I picked up the CE one and after opening it was glad I didn't pay $40. It really isn't that extra nice then the regular one.
The regular edition I saw it at Toys R Us for $19.99. Good guide though I'm enjoying the help.
