Best deal on PC monitors?

Hey I'm in the market for a new PC monitor. My old Trinitron is too much of a dinosaur to lug around anymore. I am looking for a 19-22" monitor like this one:

I'd prefer to go B&M with this purchase so that I can see the picture in person.

Is it really necessary? I mean, I know black friday is a long ways off, but black friday always has 22 inch monitors for 200 or less. I bought one for $200 2 years ago, and it has Component inputs, too! The picture quality is awesome too, not just for computer use, but for when I used to play my 360 on it

I don't have a budget really. Twenty-two inch monitors aren't that expensive so I'm going for quality. At the same time, I'm not gonna be stupid about it. If there is a deal on say the Dell sp2208WPF somewhere, I wanna know.
