I'm seeing 56.99 at newegg for GOTY.

GoHastings has the used GOTY version for PS3 at $37.11 after shipping with promotion code HOLIDAY

They don't have the goty for 360, it looked like, but do have the collectors edition on that system.
Just be mindful of which version (goty or vanilla) that you've selected when looking at the prices.
