Best HD Pocket Cam?

In the market for an inexpensive ('cheap') HD pocket video camera. From all the reviews I've seen, I am getting conflicting ones so I thought I'd throw it out to my fellow CAGers. Looking at the following:

Flip UltraHD (some good reviews, others say it died on them within 6 months)

Creative VadoHD (some good reviews, others say the sound sucks & editing movies is hard)

Flip MinoHD (some good reviews, others say the lens is so fragile it broke on them & the USB plug is too big and it won't connect to a computer)

Need some advice from CAGers that have an HD pocket cam, what should I look for, what's good about yours, etc.

I just got the Kodak Zi8 for my wife for Christmas. From the reviews I've read it seems to be better that most other pocket cams, plus it was $98 on amazon.

I had a mino hd and the film quailty was really good. The usb connection is giving me issues now. The computer will not recognise the camera. If you search youtube there are videos that compare the different cameras and thier quality.
