Which older versions of the XBOX 360 are known for the ROD, ring of death?


I am looking at getting a Halo 3 20 GB Limited system but not sure if it's known for the rod

Which older version are best?

I do not do X live so I'm looking for 4-20 gb systems

Do not buy an old model. They will all give you the ring of death/E74. It's not a matter of if. Its a matter of when. If you don't plan on playing online, get a 4 gig (S or E model) and grab a 32 gig flash drive.

Don't buy an old model unless you want problems. Don't waste your time.

Be careful OP. I had an Halo 3 LE 360 back in the day and that got e-40'd only within 7 months of having it.
