Best place for X1 - Battlefront

Unfortunately not able to shop much this past week and want to pickup an X1 copy of battlefront; but looks like most places are back up to 59.99 - thanks in advance.

Walmart has is for $40 and the Microsoft store has it for $40 with a $10 gift card.
