Got the 5s, looking to get rid of this one. Gamestop offers the most at around 190 (with current 30% promo) in store credit, which I could use to get a used iPod touch 5th gen (with me adding a bit of cash) for a present.

Is this the most value I could possibly get for an iPhone 4 without going through Craigslist?

Yes. iPhone 4's are 2010 tech so they won't ever go for a lot nowadays.

yea, I think most carriers offer iPhone 4's for 99 cents with a two year deal.

I figured as much, though there is a market for non contract iPhones despite being 2010 technology.
