Best Playstation 4 Deal out there now?

Good day all, 

I'm planning to buy a PS4 this week, and I am trying to figure out who has the best deal at the moment. 

Mainly I am looking for: 

PS4 

Extra Controller 

PS+ subscription 

I know there are some bundles out there that include a controller (wal-mart I think?), but I just want to make sure I am not missing any major deal at this time.

Amazon: $393.91

Playstation 4 System 

I don't really care if the bundle comes with a game, I am buying this for Bloodborne and Helldivers.

$400 Walmart bundle comes with Last of Us Digital game and an extra controller is probably the best deal you'll find right now.
