best price for harvest moon: a new beginning

Anyone know a good price for this? Lowest I've found Is 40. Some places list it over 60. Is this rare? Should I bite at 40?

40 is pretty decent considering the game came out a little over a month ago. Amazon has it for 40, but some people auction it lower on ebay.
