Best reasonably-priced PS2 arcade stick?

So I was looking at arcade sticks since I've started buying arcade collections recently, but it seems like the Hori sticks (the brand I've heard makes the best sticks in the business) typically run for around a hundred bucks each. That's a bit over my budget. Is there anything around 40 bucks or less that's worth owning, or do I have to start saving my pennies?

Gamecrazy clearanced out the Tekken 5 stick bundle many months back at $30, which included a copy of Tekken 5.

It's worth a look at least.

The thumbstick has a clicking sound on the joystick, but its a solid pad and sits nicely on your lap.
