Best stores to rent games?

I haven't rented a game a long time (years in fact) and was wondering what places are the best. Does anyone rent games from Family Video and know what the charge/rental time is? I've never visited one of their stores.

I believe places like Blockbuster and Hollywood video are $8 for a rental which seems excessive.

I think you can rent from Family Video for a day or two for 3-4 bucks.

That much for one day? That would be worse than the other places (which I believe are for a week).
