Best way to clean a PSP screen protector?

I just bought a used PSP Slim. it has a screen protector on it and it has some bubbles from dust being underneath it. What is the best way to clean it?

A little soap, water, and paper towel.

they're not that expensive and there's really no point in taking it off and reapplying it because it'll ruin.

Just buy new ones, that's the best thing to do.
