Best Xbox 360 250 GB Bundle deal?

I am looking to get a present for my brother Ricky and have seen the main holiday bundle for $299, which includes a 250 gb Xbox 360 plus Halo Reach and Fable III.

Does anyone know of any better deals than this, specifically one that packages Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 with it? I have seen the special edition MW3 Xbox, but it goes for $399 since it has TWO controller, which is a waste since I only need one.

Any ideas?

Just sell the controllers on ebay. Should get at least $55. I would sell both and just get a regular controller.
