Hello, Has anyone else been having any issues with pre ordering movies and games from best buy lately? My last few have not arrived on release day. I have Best Buy elite is that makes any difference.
I can not find any best buy elite supoort information either. I have been told there is a support number for it.
I just got off the chat support and was told "rest assured we will do our best to see that the item gets to you today" The UPS and mail have already delivered today and no movie again.
I pre ordered Star Wars at least a month in advance and it arrives three days after release.
I think Kirby was the last game I got from Best buy which was also not on release day either.
Doesn't Best Buy have a pre order release guarantee ?
