Bill Me Later pre orders?

I want to use the bill me later deal on amazon to preorder some blu rays. But Im wondering, does bill me later send me the bill even though they are pre orders? Or do they wat until the items ship?

With all the games I've ordered through BML I get the bill after the items have shipped.
