It's approaching point where it is no longer worth making day one purchases. It used to be a considerable time before games would see a fall in price, but now it is less than a month on many games.

Yep, i'm doing exactly that. I'll soon afford Darksiders AND Bayonetta for the price of one at launch.

It's the CheapAssGamer way.

The only problem is avoiding spoilers.
