Bioshock (PC or 360) and Mass Effect (360)

Looking exactly what the thread title says. Don't remind me about the offer that already happened on Steam, because I passed on that. I'd rather have the physical disk. Likewise, don't tell me about the passed temporary price drop on Gamefly Mass Effects... also passed on that, because I was intending on getting the PC version before I learned about the shitty DRM. I don't mind used prices, so if you know a place that has the best used prices, let me know. Help me out?

I have seen copies of bioshock for the 360 at both of my local blockbusters for $19.99 and mass effect should be around $29.99 at gamestop. That is the cheapest I have seen the games in actual B&M stores.
