I bit the bullet during Target's recent B2G1. I should have gone with the special edition or whatever, because it comes with reversible art of the Metroid II Game Boy cover.

Pretty sure B.B. and Wal-Mart are both going to have it for $40 or $45. I’m hoping like last year, when early access starts gcu will work. I ordered a few games last year. The early access had the Black Friday prices and gcu worked for the first 20 minutes or so. I remember specifically ordering last years COD, only because it stacked.

You have a point. I wonder if the other extra content is worth the 10 to 15 dollar difference. Dont have PS Plus tho, looking for a deal to renew that same day. Missed that $40 year renew deal from gamestop days ago. Anyone here exoerienced that extra content? I think its like extra weapons, armor, and a digital art book.

Makes sense. I would normally check online to see if its still in stock instore so Id know if I had a chance to find leftovers from the chaos later in the day or the next day.
There are still games with color stickers on them from last year in the game case at Walmart, lol.
 
The problem with Kohls though or with mine was last year when they had an uncharted ps4 bundle deal, they literally had around 5 in stock. I'm pretty sure that was last year. Maybe my stores just suck compared to everyone else's, who knows.

 
Not directly video game related, but that LG 65" OLED at Costco. I need that thing to be $1200 or less  :pray:  perfect pairing for my PS4 Pro.

If you can't make it to the store, it may be worth a try. Store pickup worked just fine for me last year at Target, but it may be handled differently by location.

I blew the technology off as absurd for the price until my local Costco put one up on display next to a Samsung QLED. The QLED is nice, the OLED is like looking out of an open window.

 
Not a whole lot I am after this year but AC: Origins is looking mighty tempting. Debating on just biting the bullet and getting it from Best Buy or waiting for Cyber Monday in hopes GCU stacks like last year. 

 
Big Lots emailed out their Black Friday ad this morning. Nothing game related, but they will have seasons of TV Shows on Blu Ray and DVD for $5, and movies on Blu Ray and DVD starting at $1.88. They will also have an Amazon Echo speaker for $39. And, their stores are open all day on Thanksgiving starting at 7am, and opening Black Friday at 6am.

Can't believe I missed Horizon for less than $20 at Best Buy with GCU. It was at that price but sold out when I looked. It will only be $20 again on BF and without GCU right?

You're lucky if you get the 55 inch for that price. Although the price is getting close. Best I've seen for a 65 inch is $1999 refurbished on Amazon.

 
So I know Best Buy is gonna have the XBL 3 Month cards for $10, but is any store gonna be selling the PSN 3 Month cards for $10 ??

The 65" B7A is $2099 at Beach Camera right now. If you can get a credit card company to make good on a price protection claim, it'll be $1599 at the end of the day, which would be a best deal right now.

There's no way a 65" LG OLED will drop to $1200 any time soon.

Buy one at Beach Camera for $2099, price protect it to some fly by night website, get $500 back, and it gets you close.

Slow internet at work and I didn't see the post above mine, balls.

When they did used to carry games, they would have you bring an empty case to the register, and then they had a bunch of sealed copies locked up in a case. They used to have really good deals on games back in the day. Unfortunately, the store got a new CEO, and he didn't think it was profitable enough to keep selling games at the store. So, while they still sell movies, and CDs, and sometimes even PC games (very rarely). They never sell console games anymore.

Super bummed about the real lack of 3DS deals this year. Hopefully Best Buy has a flash sale pop up someday or else I'm gonna hate myself for skipping over Target's B2G1.

We're in the same boat but the real issue is that stores don't stock anything that isn't first party Nintendo. The only thing I'll probably get is Luigi's mansion for $15. All the variety games you have to get from Amazon, maybe Toys r us since they tend to have a bigger selection.

In my opinion it is def not worth the extra 10 or 15 bucks just some weapons and armor you wont use for very long anyway

Best Buy is lone overdue to have a B1G1 50% off all 3DS games. I'm sure they will have one of these sales before the end of the year.

There was maybe 2 games I considered buying from GameStop for a family member during Pro Day but I think they'll go further down. Also GameStop might have a PS4 bundle with a game for sale like they've done in the past.
