A: No one knows but here is a prediction list based on release / leaks in the last few years to give you an idea of possible release dates.

Q: When are stores open?
A: Look above for store times located next to store ads.

Q: Can I price match on Black Friday?
A: Price Matching differs from store to store. Here is the list of stores with if they PM or not on BF. You can also go here for further explanation on BF policy per store.

Q: Does Best Buy's GCU stack with Black Friday items?
A: No. GCU does not stacked with Black Friday items. Best Buy does have early Black Friday sales if you are an Elite / Elite Plus member. Sometimes it has shown to work within the early minutes of those early BF deals popping up. But it's YMMV.

Q: Does GameStop's Elite and Elite Pro stack with Black Friday items?
A: Yes but only for used items that will be in the ad.

Picked up Fire Pro from Gamefly, as well as grabbing DBFZ and Nier from BB this early morning before work. It's taking me all of my being to not get Evil Within 2 for $13, I've spent so much already lol

Look AT the Competition since GCU was killed....Amazon and walmart are great, but Gamestop REALLY stepped it up this year, dare I say they are toe to toe on par with BBY for the first time in almost a decade !Looks like that vacuum is starting to turn back into healthy open market capitalism....(that is unless GCU resurfaces, albeit I’m sure they’ll rephase at a higher price but HEY, looking good!

Prey is hands down one of the most underrated, disrespected games ever made. I think it is such an incredible game; thought it sucked when I played demo, but gave it another shot years later and fell in love with it. Really bummed it performed poorly because I would love a sequel.

 
So I have a model 1 PSVR set that I'd like to either sell or trade in towards the model 2 (with the HDR pass through) and it seems like only GameStop will take it as a trade in (for $70). Do you guys think its worth trading in now for store-credit then buying one of the bundles from them? And did we confirm when / if their deals will be available online?

I was looking through reviews/questions on amazon, most say the remote is garbage on the models that come with a remote. I would likely be using a wired console controller or universal remote. Streaming is all I need. Just making sure an external hdd or usb can be attached. I do like that it can play all sorts of movie types; mp4, wmv, mov and others.

L.A. Noire for PS4's going to be $10 at GameStop? New or Used? Weird how it's $25 for every other platform, making the $15 Best Buy price better for those.

 
Maybe stupid question, but will Best Buy's deals be available online as well once the deals hit?

Edit: nevermind; I was asking because I wanted Nier Automata, but I didn't realize that deal was already live.

You must be thinking of the old Prey and not the new one?

I was about to get a phone on my plan upgraded and BF at walmart has a $300 gift card with activation on the iphone I was going to upgrade. I hope to knock that out and grab a mario kart switch bundle.

Can't believe it but I am actually planning to get some stuff at GS this year. They put out a solid ad for once. Also nice that it starts at 9pm EST.

Anyone know how the shipping works with GS? Is there an minimum order to get it?

Agreed. It was seemingly ignored when it came out and I picked it up last BF for $15. Finally played it a few months ago and loved it.

Two questions for anyone regarding Play Asia's black Friday deals.

1) Are these all the deals? Like I'm seeing alot of $4 off prices for some items. Are these the prices or are there going to be more price cuts?

2) The Top 5 Play Exclusive for the week games that they have listed, are they just basically 5 random games or are they on special for the week?

I will be doing the same as I still have my copy sealed with the receipt in the gamestop bag. However I will exchange mine for the standard version for $30. Personally rather save another $5 bucks then have the spyro socks, I could buy a pack of regular socks with the savings.

I got the Crash socks last year. They're actually hella comfortable. I was honestly surprised at the quality.

I'm also really enjoying the latest Fallout. Haven't had a game keep me playing all night in a long time. I'm actually mainly playing it solo. Tons to explore like any Bethesda game. I like occasionally running into other players, maybe looting a place together then giving a thumbs up and going our separate ways. Shame it's getting so much hate.

 
So is the best Nintendo Switch deal so far the Gamestop deal with Mario kart 8 and $50 gc? Has there been better deals throughout the year?

Since it’s labeled as a Day 1 Edition is it supposed to come with a voucher for some DLC if purchased new?
