I have no idea of the quality of this item, but it's cheap enough that I'd take the plunge if I needed one.

Note that this seems like it's the older model which doesn't include the built-in "Motion Sensor".

And in regards to quality, you may want to skip on generics Wiimotes. I've ordered two generic ones off eBay (different sellers), and after a month or two of use (once or twice a week), the speakers on the Wiimotes started to make a pitchy ringing sound that doesn't stop until the Wiimote turns off. Tried turning off the sounds to the Wiimotes, but that does nothing. So.. caveat emptor. :x
