WE DO NOT HAVE PDFS OF THE COUPON PRINTING COUPONS, THE COUPONS ARE INDIVIDUALLY NUMBERED

Please keep trade and other off topic chatter to a minimum. It is healthy and unless it gets out of hand or really off topic or in a direction that is heading towards fraud or illegal actions, please do not worry.

The Disney Movie Rewards site has changed, the coupon printing is now associated with your account, printing 2 times per account is now the limit, as well as per computer. This was tested at the end of the Toy Story craze a few months back. If you have a girlfriend with an account or a brother or sister, see if you can have their extra coupons if you need them.

So here are the coupons:

Ok, i have some questions, so if anyone can answer them, it will be greatly appreciated! :)

I would like to pick up Cars, Monsters Inc., and WALL-e. Their prices are 14.99, 20.00, and lets just say 30.00 respectively. Now lets see if this works:

Cars
14.99
-10.00 TS3
-10.00 BATB
+5.00
+5.00
=10.00

Monsters. Inc
20.00
-20.00 TS3, BATB
+10.00
=10.00

Wall-E
30.00
-20.00 TS3 BATB
+10.00
=20.00
Overall=40.00 before cancellation.

Does that look right? I only need one of each preorder, so I would cancel the others. When you cancel the pre-orders, it will take off the pre-order fee and not the 10.00 off right? And if i can avoid taking another trip, could i just cancel there and then? Also, there is not a preorder for the tinkerbell movie? Lastly, from what I've read, it is only 1 preorder per movie or each upcoming movie, right? Thanks to any that can take the time to answer my questions. :D

Knew I should've checked this thread with it being bumped so much. So if I understand this correctly, the TS3 and BatB pre-orders give $10 off each; is this still ongoing? Anyone happen to know how much Alice is currently and if Ponyo is supposed to continue to be on sale this week?

I am hoping the TS3 pre-order deal last untill B&tB releases than I can use the TS3 $10.00 pre-order bonus towards that plus hopefully a Disney $10.00 off coupon that they should have also.

I went and pre-ordered TS3, yesterday, but the sales associate had to go grab the card for me. I didn't see it out anywhere with the other pre-order cards. I was looking at the card, this morning, and realized it is for the double disc (BD+DVD). Is there another card for the 4 disc version? That's the one I wanted.

That should be correct but , I've never returned a preorder before.
It's either a 2-disc BluRay only title or a 4-disc title with 2 BR discs, one DVD disc and one DC disc.
That's interesting because there are pictures floating around showing that the regular blu-ray release contains a DVD with it. That's what is pictured on my pre-order card from TRU. Regardless, my only question was if there is another card available to pre-order the four disc version? Thanks for your input, though.

Just got back from Toys R Us. Sadly, they did not have Ponyo in stock. The blu-rays were behind the counter in the gaming area rather than being in the same section as the dvds like they were previously. I ended up getting Cars ($14.99) and Wall-E ($29.99) along with 2 pre-orders for Batb and 2 for TS3. Both of the blu-rays ended up being free since the final price came to a satisfying $21.20 (also there was that 25% off when buying two disney movies).

This made my day significantly greater after going to two Best Buys only for both of them to be out of Tekken 6.

I have a question for you guys, are you picking up the 3-disc or 2-disc version of Wall-E?

Ok, thanks for your input. :)

For those of you who have pre-ordered and returned the preorder, could you do it right after you bought it? I would think that you could, expect you might make the cashier mad.

I dunno. I've just been meaning to get the 3 disc version since the day it came out but i ended up getting the 2 disc as a gift. I also haven't seen the 3 disc on sale at all

Edit:

Couldn't find it on tru's site but here's the amazon listing
Does anyone know if the mvoes are still on sale $10 off? as of today?
are you referring to the sale price or the discount for pre-ordering?

all Disney blus are 25% off if you buy 2 this week, so you should be able to do 2 of each preorder, pay $25 + tax OTD and get 2 blus that are 29.99.

If you get 2 that are 24.99, you would pay $20 + tax OTD, I believe, but I have not tried yet.

You're counting the 25% off before $10 off. $30 Blus will cost you $7.49+tax OTD EACH. I wish more of these were on sale like Ponyo, but even then it seems people have been cleaning stores out at that price. Really crossing my fingers they get restocked soon. :\

So its 25% off if you buy two this week or is the $10 off (not preorders apply still) because Ponyo and like is listed at $29.99 but ringing up $19.99 and all other Disney titles rang up in a similar scheme (MOnsters was $34.99 but ringing up as $24.99) just want to know if this still applies this week as I want to pick up Ratatouille

Everything still applies. Just don't expect to get 25% off prior to the $20 off from pre-order bonuses.

I must've got the one Gestapo bitch in all of TRU CS because she wouldn't cancel the pre-orders without re-ringing the entire sale. Oh well, I have a foolproof strategy for when I take it back to a different TRU tomorrow.
I can confirm that the sales prices for Disney Blu's and DVD's last week are back to full price this week.
That was the plan, but this cunt wouldn't give me my money back with a gift receipt. She told me they could only give me store credit if I didn't have the original receipt. Probably a load of BS, but I just won't bother trying to return it to that store again.

To be fair, most stores will only give you store credit for a gift receipt. I'm actually not aware of any store that gives cash back for a gift receipt.

GameStop has put money back on my CC without hesitation whenever I have a gift receipt. Difference being that they put payment method on their receipt as CC rather than nothing like TRU.

ratatouille - 9.99

On DVD, right? Someone just said Ponyo was off sale for BD.

Anyways, second attempt at returning my reserves went off without a hitch. Didn't even have to resort to the alternate strategy, which pisses me off a little because I only had to make the extra trip since the other bitch wouldn't just do as I asked. Oh well, it's done and over with now.

Is it necessary to return a pre-order? Can't we just bring one of the cards for Batb and TS3 and everything will be hunkydory?

you can keep them if you want them but some people seem to think that keeping them is worthless, not the best deal, etc. to each their own. i am keeping my pre-orders as tru is already the best pricing on beauty and the beast with an extra 10.00 off than any other place.

Yeah, how any CAG can see the preorder as a sunk cost that is worthless is beyond me. Keep it and get the movie, or return it. It seems crazy to just let TRU keep your money for nothing.

Cars, a bug's life, and 4 preorders only cost me 4.xx b/c I had the upgrade coupons.

I want to return the preorders but my receipt only show 4 and change. Anyone know a good excuse I can use to sweet talk my way to a refund?

did you return the preorder at another store? does anyone know if you can?

Hey guys, you can return the preorders to different stores. I did this with the five movies that I purchased. 99% of the time, the CSR will not even look at the receipt, just scan it and refund you the $.
did you return the preorder at another store? does anyone know if you can?
Yep, you can return them to any store. I'd only use this as a workaround if you get some idiot like I did that wanted to re-ring the entire transaction, though.

Because most stores in my area will make you return the blue ray with the preorder. So I figure $10 for a blu ray is reasonable. If the next movie doesn't have a coupon, then it is usually better just to absorb the cost.

Plus my stores can not get my preorder discount to work when I pick items up. I eventually gave up on Snow White after 35 minutes at the store. I had the same problem with halo wars. The manager said they would have to charge my credit card for the giftcard, then refund my credit card, if I wanted the $5 preorder to apply (since they did not do it right the first time).
