Power-ups (called perks) are laid about the track.
^ Examples: See through cars, electrocute enemies, plant mines, shield, repair bodywork.
Car damage, new engine.
BMW, Ford, Dodge, Mitsubishi Licensed. No Ferrari's and Porsches because they refuse to see them damaged in a videogame.
Tracks in cities, similar to PGR, but not as anal retentive.
^ Examples: Los Angeles, Tokyo, New York, San Francisco, London, Barcelona.
Inspired by Halo 2/3's ability to stat-track and easily create custom gametypes.
^ Example: Remove all power-ups and make an honor rule to shout "HASSELHOFF" everytime you overtake someone.
Mock social-networking sites.
^ Examples: RaceBook, MyRace, InnerTube.
20 player online.
4 player local.
CEO of Activision says they acquired Bizarre Creations just for this, "To do for racers what Call of Duty did for shooters."
2009 release.
Should be at E3.

This probably won't sell well. I have that feeling. I'll probably get it in the long run since I love PGR so much (bought PGR2,3 on launch tho I did wait for a price drop on PGR3. Also bought the DLC.)

I've been playing this game pretty solidly for the past month, putting a lot of hours into it. I must say, I have been enjoying the heck out of this game.. Especially the multiplayer..

I can't wait for Bizarre to release the DLC. DLC is promised for this title.
