Board Game Deals?(Settlers of Catan)

Wondering if anyone knows of sites online where I could snag a copy of Settlers of Catan on the cheap(preferably under 30 dollars). 

I know the stores in malls that sell board games and calendars(Go! Games and Calendars) are doing 50% off right now, but all the ones in my area(central VA) are out of the original game.

Also looking for Twilight Struggle. Amazon has it for 45 right now.

Coolstuffinc.com is often cheaper than Amazon although not by much for those two games and you need to spend $100 for free shipping.
