This deal is a week late for me because the English is as bad as I heard it was.
The Japanese version has got more stuff too.

Fatbeer nailed it but there are quite a few anime cutscenes and a bunch of text so you'd need to reference a guide if you want to know what is going on. But honestly after hearing the lousy English voice work I'd personally rather use a translation text.

Well it has been $20 for almost a month now on Play-Asia.

I wouldn't recommend importing it if you aren't fluent, there is just enough text to take away from the experience. I recommend using Google checkout, or a $5 off coupon at best buy.
