The disk does not come with DLC, you have to redeem the code online. I used the code for Claptrap's New Robot Revolution and Mad Moxxi's Underdome Riot.
The following DLC has not been redeemed:
The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned
The Secret Armory of General Knoxx
You can only redeem DLC once on the PC
Disk comes with foldout map and access code for Duke Nukem Forever Demo. I have not used the code because they have not released the demo.
Im willing to trade for other game if you don't want to bid
