The NFS: U is brand new, but the PoP can be used. Let me know.
edit: Brand New and in the package still. I heard that once PoP is done, theres not much to do later. Think of all the replayablity you'll get from NFS:U! CRAP! Its NFS: Undercover, not underground. Sorry!
