I am more of a egg, ham and cheese crouisant from BK person. But if I am at home, I fry up a turkey, ham, cheese omuilet cut it in half and slide it between two peices of toast and sometimes put some Mircle Whip on it. It makes two sandwiches. Very unhealthy but oh so very good. For some of the crap that I eat, I am still suprised that I am 6'2" and at 205 pounds.
