I haven't turned my 360 on for about 6 months. I turned it on today and it starts up but it does not load the dashboard. It doesn't have red rings or green. The only thing that lights up is the power symbol and the fans run. I called Microsoft and just told them it has red rings. So my question is do you think they will fix it?
