Ok i need some advice.
I made my first sale on Ebay, which was Oblivion GOTY edition for PC

Then a few days later the buyer messages me back and tells me that the second disc of the game arrived Chipped~cracked and wont install.
I sent it in perfectly good condition as shown in the picture.
Im not sure what i should do next, he offered to send me pictures.
