I have an EVGA 650i mobo

Vista Home Premium 64 Bit

Everything at stock. I really need some help guys... thanks for the help and let me know if you need anymore info.

The problem is in the Mobo Drivers. Try updating them. It may also be in the GPU drivers also so update those. Do it in regular windows if you can't, if you can't then use safe mode or a MiniPE disc. That will fix the problem.

EDIT: Also do virus scans, although I know updating the drivers will fix it. The problem might have been caused by a virus inserting itself into them.

Had 2 viruses and a little bit of spyware which I cleaned up. Will see how that works out... thanks for the reply.

Did you update the drivers? That is the key part. It won't be fixed without doing that.
