Might be YMMV on the titles. Also of note, not ALL Fox titles are part of this deals (i.e. I tried getting the first Ice Age, the first Fantastic Four, Sunshine, and a couple of other Fox titles, but they weren't part of the deal).

Yeah its all the ones with the same SKU.. I would have got this if AvP 1 and AvP 2 were BOGO.. but AvP 2 had a different SKU.
